"Rutledge Group continues to work in full operation on a remote basis. All trainees and students continue to get support via email and zoom sessions from their tutors. If you ever have any queries please Contact Us for specific information.
At present we have no exact date when face-to-face teaching will resume but will keep you updated once we know more. For any Recruitment enquiries, please phone our Ballymena Branch: 028 2563 1800."
As Northern Ireland enters yet another lockdown (what number is it now?)  we all prepare for what that means for us as a business and as individuals.
During our very first experience of lockdown, like many businesses across the world were not prepared. Simply because how do you prepare for something you knew nothing about?  It was kind of like going on holiday but you didn't know where or how much to pack.
In a world where furlough, social distancing and mask-wearing was the norm, adapting to constant changes and supporting each other is what we knew we could do.
You can't control what happens but you can control how you react
Previous lockdowns have been confusing regarding whether or not we would be open and in full operation.  So we wanted to keep you updated of any changes and adjustments. At present, our situation remains in full operation as normal:

“Further to the latest NI Lockdown restrictions, we are operating as normal, albeit remotely. You can contact us on our usual Branch Telephone numbers (which will be redirected to the appropriate work mobile numbers), by e-mail, or via our social media platforms."

ApprenticeshipsNI and Training for Success Programmes are still actively ongoing on a blended/remote learning phase, our teams are here to support all students and trainees through their qualifications. Tutors will be in touch with trainees.
Are you under 25 and looking to achieve something in an uncertain year? We can make this possible. Find out more about our ApprenticeshipsNI and Training for Success (ages 16-17) Programmes:

Please keep an eye on this page for further updates as we get through the next phase of lockdown.
... and remember we will get through this. Stay safe!
