Apprentice Customer Service/Retail Assistant (Ballymena)

Job Overview

As an Apprentice you will get paid to train, get support from internal teams and work towards an NVQ in a relevant vocation. For this role, we are working with an established employer in the Ballymena area that have the capacity to train an individual in Customer Service/Retail.
This is an exciting, new opportunity to work towards a rewarding career in the retail environment.  Paid working hours are up to full-time (minimum of 21 hours per week). Working 9am – 6pm.

Your duties may include:

  • Customer Service
  • Till Work
  • Replenishing Stock
  • Basic Health & Safety in the Workplace

Ideal Person

  • Must meet the ApprenticeshipNI Criteria – be aged 16-24 and not in any other form of education or employment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly personality with a pro-active approach to work
  • Be able to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative

Full-Training provided, with a great opportunity for growth after the Apprenticeship is completed. Upon completion, you will earn an NVQ in Customer Service or Retail plus complete your Essential Skills if required.

Please note applications are restricted to candidates who are 16-24 years old, due to funding restrictions of the Apprentice Scheme.
