Rutledge Recruitment is currently seeking a Canteen Assistant for our client based in the Ballymena town area.

Role Overview:

  • Assisting with the preparation and serving of food in a busy canteen
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas
  • Operating basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Following all food hygiene and Health & Safety standards
  • Supporting the smooth running of daily service

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 11:45 AM – 2:25 PM

Rate of Pay:

  • £12.50 per hour

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Competent in written and spoken English
  • Previous experience in a kitchen, catering, or canteen environment (highly desirable)
  • Food hygiene certification (high desirable but not essential)
