Job description:
Rutledge Recruitment is currently seeking 10+ General Operatives to work the evening shift at a local composite door manufacturing company based just outside the Ballymena town area.
Role Overview:
- Working within a factory environment, assisting with the production of composite doors
- Setting and operating machinery
- Using hand and power tools while adhering to Health & Safety regulations
- Conducting quality checks to ensure doors meet required standards
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 4:45 PM – 3:00 AM
Rate of Pay:
- £13.25 per hour (standard rate)
- +Weekly Attendance Bonus: £25 timekeeping /attendance standards
(Meet attendance standards and boost your pay to an average of £13.89/hour)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Competent in written and spoken English
- Experience in a manufacturing setting (desirable)
